Secondhand Theory – Terms of Service

By purchasing from Secondhand Theory, you agree to the following terms:

• All secondhand and vintage items are sold as-is and are final sale.

• No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Eligible items may receive store credit only, valid for 60 days from issuance.

• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

• Inventory is limited and rotates frequently; once an item is sold, it may not be restocked.

• Product descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability to reflect condition and details.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions before purchase.

Secondhand Theory reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
