Secondhand Theory – Shipping Policy

Secondhand Theory ships orders within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping timeframes may vary based on order volume and carrier delays. Once an order has shipped, Secondhand Theory is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
