Secondhand Theory – Return & Store Credit Policy

All sales at Secondhand Theory are final on secondhand and vintage items.

Due to the nature of secondhand merchandise, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any secondhand or vintage items.

For eligible items, store credit may be issued within 60 days of the delivery date, at our discretion. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift code and does not expire.

Store credit will not be issued for:
• Secondhand or vintage items
• Final sale items
• Items showing signs of wear beyond what was disclosed
• Orders placed using discount codes unless otherwise stated

We do not offer cash refunds, original payment refunds, or exchanges.

If you receive an item that is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
